April Feliciano is a Tyler native and attended Southern Methodist University to study Philosophy and Economics. While in college, April was the Vice President of Operations for the SMU Entrepreurship Club, she also acted as a service ambassador in west Dallas through the university. After graduating April proceeded to work with a startup company in management and marketing before moving to Charleston, South Carolina to pursue a career in law. After earning several professional licenses, April decided to move back to Tyler to pursue a career in marketing for Feliciano Financial Group where she is now the marketing coordinator for the company. April joined TYPN as part of a mission to be more involved in her hometown. She attributes TYPN for providing instrumental networking events for the good of Tyler professionals. Outside of TYPN, April is on the promotions committee for the Heart of Tyler, a member of the Tyler Heart Association Heartball committee, a member of the Junior League of Tyler and a volunteer for the Tyler Cattle Barons Gala. In her spare time April enjoys traveling, spending time with her fiancé Ken and their dogs Kiki and Duke.


Shawna Yockey-Bryant, originally from Parsons, Kansas, works as a strategy manager at M. Roberts Media, Shawna has a heavy hand in many events and promotions. Her efforts for the Chamber of Commerce has earned her a position as a member of the contact club ensuring a smooth image with the recruiting and maintaining members while serving as a liaison between the Chamber and the community. Shawna originally joined TYPN as a mission to be more connected with like-minded individuals in the community. Outside of TYPN Shawna is the Heart of Tyler Promotions Committee Co-Chair, a volunteer with Make-a-Wish North Texas, and marketing chair for the Rose City AirFest. In her spare time Shawna loves spending time with her husband Greg, her son, JaiShawn and daughter, Gabriella.


Lauren McDonald is a Child Care Regulations Officer as well as Office Manager/Photo Booth Manager at Inkredible Sounds. Lauren was born and raised right here in Tyler, TX, and is proud of it! Not only is she organized and driven, but also has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work to back it up. One of her goals for TYPN in 2022 as the Membership Chair, is to bring in as many like-minded individuals to help build their networking skills and /or business and to help get the TYPN name out there.

Judson Hinsley is a licensed insurance producer and head of marketing for Ark Assurance Group. Judson was born and raised in Tyler, Texas, he could not be prouder to be back in this great Tyler community, after spending a reasonable amount of time in Huntsville, Alabama after high school. After spending most of his career in restaurant management, he decided to reevaluate his priorities and life goals and now attends Tyler Junior College while learning the family business of insurance. Judson values relationships amongst our East Texas community, individuals and businesses alike, as well as giving back to the community whenever possible. He could not be more grateful to be a part of TYPN and amongst like-minded individuals who want to see this community thrive and grow.

Daisy Phillips is the Community Engagement Coordinator for Altra Federal Credit Union. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from The University of Texas at Tyler, and an Associate's Degree in Advertising/Public Relations from TJC. She is happily married to her wonderful husband Allen and loves to spend time with her kids. She has a heart for people and a drive to help bring better awareness to TYPN among the non-profit community.

 Dalton Martin grew up in Hughes Springs, Texas, and moved to Tyler to attend UT Tyler, where he obtained his Master of Business Administration degree. After graduating from UT Tyler, Dalton went to work in the banking industry. Dalton has worked for both community banks as well as large corporate banks and has experience in a variety of markets and industries within Texas and the surrounding states. Today, Dalton works as the Chief Credit Officer of Texas Bank, a community bank headquartered in Henderson, Texas, with branches in East and North Texas. Dalton is married to his wonderful wife, Sara Martin, and has two beloved pups, Winnie and Parker. During his free time, Dalton enjoys exercising, playing guitar, and racing. Dalton is the acting Comptroller and Secretary of TYPN and the President Elect of Tyler Area AMBUCS.


Elizabeth Tallent was born and raised in the East Texas area. She is the owner of Training With Tallent (TWT). TWT is at-home basic obedience and behavioral dog training service. Elizabeth played golf at Tyler Junior College, then finished her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at The University of Texas at Tyler. She is married to her best friend, Dustin, of 7 years (so far) and is an involved loving mother to her driven step-daughter, Kennedy, and spunky younger daughter, Ryan.

The passion for Tyler Young Professional Network comes from wanting others to succeed and knowing the best way to do that is together. Her desire is to connect others with similar career-driven individuals to motivate each other and encourage empowerment within the young Tyler community. 


Maalesha Jordan is a Freelance Social Media Manager. She is currently studying Visual Communications at Tyler Junior College and looking forward to transferring to the University of Texas at San Antonio to obtain her bachelors in Public Relations with a minor in civic engagement. She is passionate about giving back to the community to reduce the opportunity gap, as seen by her work in the San Antonio school district as a Student Success Coach at Americorps City Year. Maalesha enjoys gardening and yoga in her free time. She joined Tyler Young Professional Network to reconnect with the local community and to be around other young professional as well.
